DEADLINE for ALL 2018
APPLICATIONS is MONDAY OCTOBER 23, 2017!
All applicants to Time Travelers' Bazaar undergo
jurying, so we can ensure high standards for our customers and to handle the
competition for spaces at the event. The deadlines allow us to advertise
over the Christmas season (approved vendors will receive cards with the date of
the Bazaar on them). If you create unique and imaginative wearables,
eclectic garments or accessories, or are a vintage seller of pre-1960 clothes
and accessories, please apply!
The 2018 Completeable Application Form, Jurying Guidelines, and the Vendor Information Packet, can all be downloaded from Google Drive here.
Please ensure you read all documents thoroughly
before applying. Completed application forms, plus 3 photos of your
product and one photo of your setup, are to be emailed as per the instructions
on the form by Monday October 23rd, and all final payments for approved vendors
are due by Monday November 6. Do not pay before you receive an
approval email.
We ask all vendors to enter the spirit of the
event and dress up in your theatrical, dramatic, eclectic, vintage best!
Your host and volunteers all dress for the day, and many members of the public
dress up just to join us.
We are thrilled to continue to operate out of the stunning and magical Heritage Hall on Main Street, Vancouver for the third year in a row, in a neighbourhood full of vintage and unique fashion stores.
The range of merchandise carried by our creative
vendors is always amazing, and 2017 was no exception. Traffic through our
doors is high, and better yet, reported sales from my 2017 vendors were largely
higher than 2016!
